Masters Remastered: Entrepreneurial Shift of Craftsmanship and Art

"<< Objectives >>Although highly expertised in their field, artists and handicraft producers often face limited opportunities and can`t adapt to the radpidly changing market conditions reducing their performance and lowering the self-esteem. Thereof project ""Masters Remastered"" is aimed at enabling the entrepreneurial capacities of craftsmen, artists, and craftsmanship coordinators in the production and presentation of handicrafts by developing new pathways for these producers.<< Implementation >>To reach objectives of the project ""Masters Remastered"", 5 organisations from Latvia, Estonia, Greece and Türkiye have built a collaborative platform aimed at fostering the entrepreneurial shift of craftsmanship. This will be reached by organising 3 short-term learning mobilities, 4 follow-up events in partner countries, as well as developing 3 international learning curriculums targeted at artists, craftsmen and coordinators of the craftsmanship.<< Results >>Whithin the 3 international short-term mobilities 26 participants - artists, craftsmen and craftsmanship coordinators - will empower their entrepreneurial capacities, and will benefit from intercultural experience and networking. The skills and knowledge will be transferred to at least 40 people in 4 partner countries adjusting and consolidating the mobility content. The 3 curriculums developed will be spread virtually and reused depending on organisations`s needs and opportunities."
