<< Objectives >>Leadership Quest unites Impulss Latvia, Malta and Czech partners to strengthen leadership competences across generations. By 2026, the project will certify 10 staff in the Territory Mapping method, co-create a multilingual Leadership Card Deck, and involve at least 180 participants in six inclusive workshops. Digital tools and events will promote inclusion, democratic participation, green practices and innovation, ensuring long-term impact for youth, educators and communities across Europe.<< Implementation >>The project will certify 10 participants in Territory Mapping, co-create a multilingual Leadership Card Deck, and organise six inclusive workshops with 180 young people and adults in Latvia, Malta and Czechia. Digital resources and videos will be developed, and each partner will host an open dissemination event to ensure visibility, inclusion and long-term impact.<< Results >>The project will result in stronger leadership competences among youth and adults, 10 certified staff able to act as multipliers, and a multilingual Leadership Card Deck in daily use. Digital resources will ensure long-term accessibility. Organisations will gain capacity and international networks, while communities benefit from more confident young leaders and inclusive methods that create lasting social impact.
