Voices of Wisdom

<< Objectives >>We aim to empower seniors by enhancing their digital literacy and enabling them to share their life stories through podcasting, fostering stronger community engagement and social inclusion. We also seek to challenge ageist stereotypes and promote intergenerational understanding, creating lasting connections between seniors and younger generations.<< Implementation >>We will implement digital literacy and podcasting workshops for seniors, teaching them to create, edit, and publish their own podcasts. Additionally, we will host community podcasting events, establish listening cafés, and run a social media campaign to share the seniors' stories and promote intergenerational dialogue.<< Results >>We expect the project to result in significant improvement in digital literacy among seniors, enabling them to confidently create and share their own podcasts. This will lead to greater social inclusion as they gain a meaningful platform to express themselves, share their life stories, and connect with the community. The project will also help challenge stereotypes about aging, offering seniors a voice that highlights their contributions and experiences, while being heard and valued.
