"<< Background >>The initiation of the application writing procedure was preceded not only by online meetings of the project groups of both partners but also by an analysis of the needs of the teaching community in both schools. The principals of both schools also met in person as part of another project - exchanging experience, sharing what is missing in their schools and what areas of deficits teachers point out. The needs turned out to be different, but they complemented each other. Teachers of the Stal Sports Championship School Complex in Rzeszów indicated the following areas of development, which translated into the project goals: establishing cooperation with other schools in the European Union that have experience in implementing partnership projects, creating a base of good practices in terms of solutions in working with students with unique needs, the ability to create tools supporting innovative work methods. Private Akdeniz Yükselis Anatolian High School teachers pointed out the need to expand their partner base in the network of partner organizations and the possibility of presenting innovative solutions, including their online radio, thanks to which they can disseminate the results of their activities.<< Objectives >>The main goals of the project were: gaining professional knowledge by teachers through training and analyzing good practices of partners, creating tools contributing to the introduction of innovative methods of working with youth and initiating the creation of a local network of organizations working with youth contributing to improving the quality of teaching. The results we wanted to achieve by implementing this project are primarily the exchange of experiences, especially between Turkish teachers and Polish ones - the Stal Sports Championship School Complex in Rzeszów is a ""young"" institution. We really wanted our teachers to gain knowledge and skills, but in a practical way. This was largely successful because our partners are an organization that has extensive experience in education and the implementation of international projects.<< Implementation >>1. Online teacher training 2. Teachers' meeting in Turkey - exchange of good practices3. Development of products and dissemination of project results4. Teachers' meeting in Poland - summary of project activities5. Project management<< Results >>1. Meeting of teachers in Turkey - exchange of good practices - 25 hours of meetings, workshops, conversations between two groups of teachers: 10 people from Poland and 6 people from Turkey.3.
