Inovácia štruktúry a obsahu vzdelávania v odbore ekonomika a manažment s akcentom na digitalizáciu, udržateľnosť a začlenenie migrantov

<< Objectives >>The aim of the project is to increase the quality of higher education, improve the level of knowledge, skills and competences of the target groups. Increasing the quality of education will lead to better coping with global challenges, climate change and digital transformation. The project will be solved with an emphasis on the inclusion of migrants through the elimination of barriers to tertiary education in the target countries and with an emphasis on their application on the labor market.<< Implementation >>The project is handled by four universities, one from a country not associated with the program. The coordinator is Constantine the Philosopher University in Nitra (Slovakia). The following activities will be implemented within the project:• Analyzes of educational needs based on meetings of teachers with students and representatives of employers• Creation of innovative curricula• Creation of digital innovative educational bilingual materials• Promotion of the project and results<< Results >>The result of the project will be innovative digital study materials in the field of economics and management with an emphasis on digitization and sustainability, also created in the Ukrainian language. The sustainability of the project will be ensured by integrating the results into the education plans. The results will support inclusion, partnerships and connectivity of education systems at universities, increase the level of digital competences and a more positive approach to EU values.
