Transnational Cooperation For Social Exclusion Escape

<< Background >>The TC4SEE project was based on the motivation to establish a transnational consortium that worked with the most disadvantaged target groups of youth in order to share knowledge, experience and good practices thus finally researching and developing an innovative e-learning material. The developed SEE e-Toolkit was designed in a way that helped improve young disadvantaged persons soft skills, digital skills and promote social inclusion through game-based learning methodology that will remain available to youth with and without disabilities. In a such way this material will continue to serve as a powerful tool for social inclusion, education, engagement, empowerment and international connections among disadvantaged youth and their non-disadvantaged friends. The members of the consortium are continuing the work towards the social inclusion of the most disadvantaged youth by implementing other Erasmus+ funded project's, for example CABPS is a partner on a Erasmus+ Ka2 SSP CSI: MART where they will develop activities for the blind people based on the mindfulness and art therapy; while EUROPA2020 and WT have continued to collaborate on a new Erasmus+ KA2 E4D project aimed to promote democracy values among the young people in the EU.<< Objectives >>We successfully achieved all the project objectives. Firstly, we promoted and developed non-formal education methodologies that tackle inclusion, equity, excellence, creativity, diversity and innovation in education, training and youth by using innovative methodologies such as gamification and e-learning specially designed for disadvantaged youth. Secondly, We have established and developed transnational cooperation between organizations that work with youth with disabilities and youth with fewer opportunities in order to exchange of knowledge, information and resources for innovating such youth work. Finally, We managed to utilize digital tools, resources and creative digital and game-based methodologies in order to innovate learning processes and increase their quality so that they have addressed the issues of social exclusion of our specific target group. << Implementation >>All the activities of this project were implemented online through the use of free online communication and collaboration tools such as Slack, Skype, Google Drive, Canva, Balabolka (conversion to audiobook)... We held 3 online translational meetings followed by 5 online conference calls/work groups in order for the consortium members to get to know each other, share knowledge, information and work together on the creation of the final output. In total 9 staff members from the consortium were involved in implementation of the project's activities. The Quality management activity ensured the proper methodology in regards to the recognition of youth work by creating digital badge and Youthpass certificates as a recognition of learning achievements, promotion and implementation of EU instruments in order to validate the competences acquired by the participants and staff during their participation in the project activities. In total 20 innovative board games accessible to the youth with disabilities were developed, pilot tested with 37 participants in all partner countries, published in 5 national languages, converted in accessible files for the people with visual impairment and shared during the #ErasmusDays2022 with 138 persons. << Results >>The project's main purpose was to tackle the social exclusion of the most disadvantaged youth groups by finding and creating innovative learning opportunities that allowed them to participate in pilot testing activities equally so that they could gain much-needed skills while collaborating with their peers without obstacles. During the development of the project's main output, the consortium managed to develop 20 board games completely accessible to youth with disabilities. We addressed digital transformation through the development of digital readiness, resilience and capacity priority which has been addressed through the creation of an E-Toolkit published in pdf., audiobook and epub files with the corresponding translation in all the partner languages: English, Croatian, Bulgarian, Greek and Spanish. In the SEE e-Toolkit the most innovative solutions were presented regarding the main project's topic which was to bring new innovative educational activities and tools which will be used in order to improve soft skills and digital skills in the target group.
