Youth mobilization for digital and green agri-food cooperatives

<< Objectives >>The Youth4Coops project seeks to (O1) render visibility and recognition to good practices in digital and green transition in agri-food cooperatives in Italy, Türkiye, and Spain, (O2) build skills and capacities of young men and women members of agri-food cooperatives regarding digitalization, green transition, and (O3) empower young men and women members of agri-food cooperatives in taking up executive roles in their respective cooperatives.<< Implementation >>-Mapping of good practices in digital and green transition in agri-food cooperatives in Italy, Türkiye, and Spain, - A practitioner's kit with technical and practical knowledge about the key digital and green transition pathways, and youth leadership -A 3-day in-person training for young men and women agri-food cooperators. - An online community of practice for post-project follow up and communication<< Results >>-Good practices in digital and green transition in agri-food cooperatives are scouted, identified, and disseminated. -Young cooperators have access to a practical guideline in leading the digital and green transition in cooperatives. - Young cooperators are trained in managing the tranformation, risk mitigation, and inclusive transition as cooperative executives. -Young cooperators is part of a transnational network for peer exchange and collaboration.
