<< Background >>Today, young people have started using a lot of technology, the sedentary lifestyle is increasing and the fast pace of life has led to the emergence of fast food. The new generation began to forget about healthy nutrition and a healthy way of life. The number of young people who are overweight is increasing. Due to this, cases of intimidation in the countries are also increasing. Every country has its traditional recipes that our generation needs to share with the next generation. The COVID-19 pandemic has shown us that we must think about hygiene. World studies show that hygiene, healthy diet, and lifestyle help to resist diseases and make it easier to survive the disease. We wanted to strengthen the students' immune systems by focusing on these three main factors.<< Objectives >>We wanted every person involved in the project to be aware of healthy food. In the long term, we hope to see traditional healthy eating make a difference in students' lives. We also expect that students will improve their knowledge about the human body, traditional local fermented vegetables, European food cultural heritage and ensuring its transmission between generations, improve IT knowledge by experimenting with web tools, develop English speaking, reading, and writing skills, students will get acquainted with another culture, students will continue to improve their skills to work in a team.<< Implementation >>In this project, we implemented 5 activities: 1. What is What (in Turkey)?, 2. What Do We Have in Our Bodies? (in Latvia), 3. Traditional Healthy Foods of Both (in Turkey), 4. Pandemic And Hygiene Relation (in Latvia), 5. Digital Nutrition Booklet (in Turkey).<< Results >>We achieved one of our main goals - to make a digital booklet of healthy nutrition for 21 days, we founded the Health Club. Before and after each mobility, the hosting partner prepared tests and made tests to be filled in to immediately determine the knowledge before and after the activities to understand if we achieved the objectives. Analyzing the tests after each activity, we can claim that we achieved the goals of increasing students' knowledge of the importance of healthy nutrition, and the causes of diseases, increasing awareness of healthy nutrition and hygiene, and increasing students' knowledge of pandemics and their causes. The students also got to know other cultures, traditions, and mentality.
