YouthAction4Health - Youth action for health

#YouthAction4Health is a 3-year long partnership between 5 WB youth organizations (CAZAS - MNE, TOC - SRB, YouthACT - ALB, CEM - BA, MMSA- NM) and YHO(SLO) and Ministry of sports and youth Montenegro, that aims to promote and implement good European practices on youth mobility and active participation in youth’s health and wellbeing policies and programs among youth organization and young people in Western Balkans. Within 5 working packages project includes 13 (inter)national events and capacity building actions, study visit, 7 policy documents and methodological guides, 3 video podcasts and 3 youth health campaigns. #YouthAction4Health will:•MANAGE partnership for youth health according to youth friendly, results based and human rights-based approach, actively involving youth with fewer opportunities from WB. •EMPOWER capacities of at 5 youth organizations and 60 youth workers from WB on youth’s health and wellbeing, health advocacy, coalition building and meaningful youth engagement in health policy through introduction of best EU practice and non-formal methods. •CONNECT 60 youth workers and stakeholders from WB with European youth organizations and youth workers for introduction of best practices, coalitions building, meaningful participation and advocacy in youth health and wellbeing.•ENGAGE 150 youth workers and stakeholders in introduction and implementation of dialogue through developed platforms for youth health dialogues in 5 WB countries. •SHARE best practices and disseminate project outcomes through interactive website, outreach and campaigns reaching out to 120.000 (social)media interactions and involving at least 1000 youth.Initiative involves directly more than 1300 youth actively supporting priorities of EU Youth Strategy and WB Green agenda, contributing to 6/11 European youth Goals, and boosting impact of #Youth4Health launched by WHO Euro and Youth sector strategy 2030. Project directly responds to mapped needs and challenges in WB.
