Non-formal education for functional literacy of the Youth

"<< Objectives >>NONFORMAL is in response to the problem of the low functional literacy of young people in Bulgaria, found in the studies of the international organization PISABased on extensive research and exchanges between youth workers from Bulgaria, Turkey, Malta and Poland, we will develop practical training materials to improve skills, attitudes and knowledge of youth workers and trainers on the importance of non-formal education to increase the functional literacy of young people<< Implementation >>We will conduct a study in the partner and other European countries on the implementation of non-formal education; we will implement 5 seminars in which we will exchange methods for NFO, we will create a special website on which we will publish a Handbook with good practices and materials in assistance to youth workers, we will hold motivational meetings in each country to activate young people to participate in NFO activities, including under Erasmus+<< Results >>- 92 youth workers to train youth with non-formal methods to improve their functional fitness;- participation of 15 formative youth policies from the four countries to strengthen non-formal education- 80 young people in motivational meetings for their participation in NFO""- Website with free access in European languages with a published Handbook"
