"<< Background >>The project ""Spark of Green Entrepreneurship"" was a 20-month partnership aimed at fostering green entrepreneurship education, including the concept of photovoltaics and eco-innovations in business. Urgent m easures were required to protect our planet and maximize the utilization of renewable energy sources. To achieve this goal, it was essential to enhance workers' entrepreneurial skills and, consequently, their ability to assist young people. Thus, the project partners collaboratively prepared a program to encourage youth workers in their countries to promote mutual learning with a strong emphasis on investing in renewable energy sources. This investment not only helps protect the environment but also contributes to the development of civilization and the increase in resource efficiency. The added value of the project was its contribution to the implementation of the objectives of the European Commission statement ""A Clean Planet for all…"". << Objectives >>The main project goal was achieved through the following objectives:- providing youth workers with innovative training methodologies to enhance guidance and counseling in vocational and non-formal training for youngsters (aged 20-30 years, unemployed individuals, and young people needing support for labor market integration);- enhancing youth employability in the eco-innovation sector;- equipping European youth workers with specific knowledge and tools in entrepreneurship (eco-innovations, renewable energy sources like photovoltaics in business) for practical application in their work;- equipping European youth workers with specific knowledge and tools to assist young people in their countries in job searching or establishing their own businesses;- promoting the exchange of good practices among partner organizations active in ecology and entrepreneurship;- facilitating the participation of partner organizations in transnational networks at the EU level;- indirectly supporting the young individuals of partner organizations' local communities with new job opportunities and improved employability.<< Implementation >>The project consisted of four phases:1. EXCHANGE PHASE: During this phase, project partners exchanged good practices and identified interesting case studies to prepare materials for presentation during the youth exchange. An exchange event was held in Poland, fostering creativity among young participants. The overall goal of the youth exchange was to provide youth from diverse backgrounds with exposure to various methods of non-formal education, empowering them to become more active in civil society and develop skills and attitudes essential for personal and professional growth towards social eco-entrepreneurship. The Polish organization led this phase as the exchange host.2. CREATION PHASE: Partners focused on developing training modules to be used in subsequent training sessions in Romania. Creating these modules was crucial for project implementation, as they enhanced services offered by partner organizations and could benefit other interested parties. The modules were tested and refined through training activities with youth workers, forming the basis of the provided training. A Turkish organization with substantial project-related experience led this phase.3. TRAINING PHASE: Partners conducted training sessions in Romania aimed at enhancing cohesive and inclusive learning in non-formal education through eco-innovative dialogue between entrepreneurs and youth workers from Poland, Turkey, Spain, and Romania. A Romanian organization with relevant expertise led this phase.4. DISSEMINATION PHASE: The project culminated in an International Conference titled ""Spark of Green Entrepreneurship,"" organized by a Polish organization specializing in dissemination.
