Art Based Education for Increasing Employability of Vulnerable Adults

<< Objectives >>1. To enhance the professional development of 72 adult educators (24/partner org.) by equipping them with the knowledge/information related to how to use non formal educational activities based on arts/theatre2. To foster, at the level of 120 people (50% Ukrainian refugees and 50% locals from other vulnerable groups) those horizontal competencies more and more requested on labour market3.To support the capacity building of the 3 partner organisations to work transnationally&across sectors<< Implementation >>1. Developing a research on Good Practices in Inclusion of Vulnerable Groups on the Labour Market and 3 focus groups for drawing a ”competences for employability” framework2. Develop and test at 3 levels (international on 12 adult educators and local on 60 trainers and 120 adult learners, in non formal educational activities that will end with an artistic performance) a Training kit on Art Based Education for Increasing Employability of Vulnerable Adults3 Project management4 Dissemination<< Results >>1.
