"<< Background >>The primary reason for this project is the lack of safe internet use and digital literacy among students, teachers, and families. Young people are increasingly facing risks in the digital environment, teachers lack sufficient knowledge in this area, and families struggle to guide their children. Research conducted in Italy, Bulgaria, and Turkey shows that the vast majority of students are unaware of online risks, teachers need support with digital safety, and families are failing to protect their children. Based on these needs, the project was designed and implemented in collaboration with the three countries. The project aims to empower students to develop conscious and safe internet habits, enhance teachers' professional skills in digital safety, and equip families with the knowledge and tools necessary to manage their children's online experiences. This aims to create a safer and more informed digital society.<< Objectives >>The project's aim was to empower students, teachers, and families to navigate the digital world more consciously and safely. Training sessions, workshops, and seminars were held in three countries. The goal was to help students identify online risks, develop strong passwords, protect personal data, and combat cyberbullying skills. Teachers received digital safety and literacy training, increasing their capacity to guide students in the classroom. Special sessions were held for families, enabling them to monitor their children's internet use and provide safe guidance. Additionally, the project developed collaborative educational materials, family information modules, and teacher guides. Participants' digital safety awareness was significantly increased at the end of the activities. Thus, the project directly contributed to students' development of safe internet habits, teachers' development of professional skills, and families' awareness-raising.<< Implementation >>The project involved three main activities. The first took place in Italy. Students received training on safe internet use, teachers received training on digital security skills, and families received training on children's online safety. The second activity was held in Bulgaria. This activity included activities on personal data protection and combating cyberbullying for students, training on digital threat analysis and material use for teachers, and online safety and communication skills for families. The third activity took place in Turkey. In this program, students worked on media literacy, digital ethics, and communication skills. Teachers implemented innovative digital education methods, and families learned ways to safely support children's internet use. All activities were conducted through workshops, seminars, group work, and hands-on activities. Students also created short films to disseminate the knowledge they acquired, and the results were shared on the project website and social media.<< Results >>The project resulted in tangible outcomes for students, teachers, and families. Students gained awareness of safe internet use, personal data protection, combating cyberbullying, and digital ethics. A ""Digital Safety Guide"" was prepared for teachers, and sample materials for classroom use were developed. Information modules and guidebooks were produced for families. Hundreds of students, teachers, and parents were reached in total during activities conducted in three countries. The vast majority of participants reported greater awareness of digital safety at the end of the project. Furthermore, students produced short films and shared them with their peers, teachers organized digital safety workshops, and families began communicating more openly with their children about internet use. Ultimately, the project made a lasting impact through tangible materials, increased awareness, and international collaboration."
