"<< Background >>Our motivation stemmed from a deep understanding of the barriers and inequalities that YWwD encounter on a daily basis, and a strong desire to advocate for their rights and inclusion. The needs we aimed to address through the project:Access to Education: We recognized the importance of inclusive education in unlocking the potential of YWwD and sought to advocate for improvements in educational policies and practices. Employment Opportunities: We identified the need to challenge societal misconceptions about the capabilities of YWwD and to work towards creating inclusive employment environments where YWwD can thrive and contribute meaningfully. Social Inclusion: We observed the social isolation experienced by YWwD due to inaccessible public spaces, lack of inclusive community events, and insufficient awareness about their rights and needs.By applying for this project, we sought to be part of a collective effort to empower YWwD, advocate for their rights, and create positive change in our community. We recognized that by addressing these pressing needs, we could contribute to building a more equitable and inclusive society where all individuals, regardless of ability, have the opportunity to thrive and fulfill their potential.<< Objectives >>The objectives were formulated based on the identified needs and challenges faced by YWwD, as well as the overarching goal of promoting inclusion, diversity, and gender equality.O 1: Enhancing Practitioners' Work Quality with Digital Tools and Practices: Through the development of innovative products such as the Inclusion Support Circles Methodology and the Virtual Portfolio with applied training modules, we sought to empower practitioners to effectively engage YWwD as active partners in their own inclusion and participation.O 2: Fostering Applicative and Inclusive Learning Environments for YWwD: The implementation of scenario-based learning methods aimed to enhance the applicative and inclusive character of learning environments, fostering the development of transferable competences among YWwD in multiple countries across Europe.O 3: Increasing Awareness and Capacity to Utilize Inclusive Results:By disseminating project outcomes, we aimed to ensure the sustainability and impact of the project beyond its implementation period. These objectives were strategically aligned with priorities related to YWwD inclusion, civic participation, community involvement, and the use of digital tools to stimulate civic engagement. << Implementation >>In our project, we have implemented four work packages to achieve our objectives:WP1 - Project Management:Planning, finances, coordination, and communication between partners to ensure smooth project execution and (M&E) to track progress and assess the effectiveness of our activities.WP2 - Products & Tools for Practitioners:Product 1: Inclusion Support Circles Methodology, including a transnational meeting for development and validation, followed by piloting and validation sessions.
