Trained Worldwhile Painters

<< Objectives >>The “Trained World While Painters – TWwP” intends to enhance the attractiveness of a specific sector (construction) and occupation (painter), to overcome market barriers faced by groups such as migrants and to upskill unemployed people, migrants, and adults from other sectors. The project wants to update the training, considering also new techniques, environmentally friendly and digital aspects.<< Implementation >>TWwP will design training modules in the Painter/Decorator following the profile definition aimed at a full EQF 3 or 4 level education programme or in a lifelong perspective (micro credentials) of upskilling or reskilling. To facilitate the training delivery, a dedicated pedagogical digital resource - PaintMeApp - will be customized to the sector training with images, sounds, and texts in 7 languages, from English (original version) into Arabic, Ukrainian, French, Spanish, Italian and Greek.<< Results >>The project foresees to produce: - Training modules based in the Painter/Varnisher qualification level 3 and level 4 in a micro-credential approach; - A dedicated pedagogical digital resource – PaintMeApp in 7 different languages, for smartphones; - Practical case studies and assessment resources to be included in the PaintMeApp to evaluate the trainers during the training period, -3 podcasts and 3 videos to support pedagogical guidelines to teachers and trainers
