CulturAll - INCLUSION OF YOUNG MIGRANTS IN LOCALCULTURAL INSTITUTIONS

<< Objectives >>Our goal is to boost the involvement and inclusion of young migrants (aged 13-30) from Poland, Greece, and Romania incultural institutions. We'll achieve this by providing training in Design Thinking methodology to youth workers, facilitating indepth interviews, and creative processes. This will result in the development of three pilot programs in cultural institutions,enhancing migrants' sense of belonging and cultural integration within their local communities.<< Implementation >>Project's activities will encompass workshops on Design Thinking methodology, conducting in-depth interviews with youngmigrants, and engaging in qualitative research. These efforts will primarily focus on the educational aspect, leading to thedesign of cultural events tailored to the needs of the migrant youth. Additionally, we'll facilitate creative sessions to developthree pilot programs aimed at enhancing cultural integration. We'll compile our findings into a toolkit and produce podcast.<< Results >>Main project's outcomes is the empowerment and inclusion of young migrants within cultural institutions. Through thisinitiative, we anticipate tangible results, such as conducting 30 in-depth interviews, developing 3 pilot programs, creating atoolkit, and producing a podcast. Additionally, the project aims to foster deeper international collaboration and to introduceinnovative educational tools with Design Thinking metodology for youth workers and trainers.
