<< Background >>Creating Shared Value is a key approach for companies and vocational training institutions across Europe. The content of CSV/CSR encompasses human rights, the environment, society, and social awareness and responsibility. Our project focused on improving the implementation of CSV/CSR in vocational training and companies. To this end, we developed a jointly designed and inclusive format for non-formal education that facilitates the exchange and application of different methodologies within the course modules. We achieved this by:– Building a network of companies, schools, teachers, and educators connected via the CSV-focused e-platform and sharing teaching and learning experiences.– Developing common European strategies and approaches that facilitated the implementation of new CSV/CSR approaches by our consortium.– Comparing national practices to identify needs and challenges related to social responsibility and to offer potential solutions. Our project addressed the following needs:– Expanding the potential of CSV/CSR and providing direct access to online learning modules for implementing CSV in vocational education and training programs and at management level.– Maintaining the ability to conduct active face-to-face or online training using our CSV Trainer Guide and online tools.– Building a trained leadership team with the same relevant and accurate information for both trainer training and CSV leadership training (managers).<< Objectives >>The main objective of Creating Shared Value@Vet was to promote the CSV methodology and improve inclusive vocational education and training through the use of technology (online and offline learning programs). This was also to be achieved through the active participation of people with fewer opportunities in vocational education and training. CSV@VET increased employability in various economic sectors and promoted new career fields. The project raised awareness of social responsibility in companies and educational institutions, especially in vocational education and training, and also introduced environmentally friendly approaches. Our main objectives with CSV@VET were:O1 – To promote the CSR methodology through technology (online and offline learning programs) and to provide trainer resources.O2 – To ensure the active participation of people with fewer opportunities in vocational education and training.O3 – To increase employability in the economy and promote new career fields through CSV@VET.O4 – To raise awareness of social responsibility in companies and educational institutions, especially in vocational education and training.O5 – Integration of environmentally friendly approaches and a more inclusive and participatory society among our target group.O6 – Mutual benefit for entrepreneurs and society (win-win situation).<< Implementation >>Project management activities: Setting up a OneDrive storage and the Trello project board as a management tool, as well as social media project channels.
