<< Background >>We applied for this project under the Erasmus+ program due to its relevance and alignment with the pressing needs of enhancing skills and promoting the inclusion of young people facing early school leaving. The current context calls for innovative approaches to youth education and training. This project provides a tangible response by offering intercultural training methodologies, mutual understanding, and professional integration. We acknowledge the significance of projects that bring together diverse partners and aim to create synergies to address critical social issues. This project addresses the crucial need to train education stakeholders in innovative practices and to enhance the inclusion of youth within an evolving European context.<< Objectives >>By implementing this project, our main objective was to enhance the skills and inclusion of young people facing early school leaving through innovative approaches. We aimed to develop intercultural training methodologies and mutual understanding, fostering trust and acceptance of diversity. Our goal was to create a collaborative network to share best practices and enhance the socio-professional integration of vulnerable youth, particularly migrants. We sought to strengthen strategic partnerships by promoting the exchange of expertise and experiences among diverse organizations. In essence, our aim was to make a positive impact on the lives of young people while reinforcing the capacities of education and training stakeholders.<< Implementation >>Within the framework of our project, we executed a diverse range of activities aimed at achieving our objectives. We initiated learning mobilities that allowed partners to share expertise and explore new practices. Thematic trainings, such as sensory theater and migration workshops, were organized to enhance participants' skills in intercultural education and the professional integration of migrants. We also conducted transnational meetings to assess progress and fine-tune actions. A best practices guide was developed through collaborative workshops, pooling insights from the partners. These actions were accompanied by ongoing evaluation to ensure their relevance and effectiveness. These activities facilitated knowledge sharing, strengthened the capacities of stakeholders, and contributed to the social inclusion of young people facing early school leaving, all the while fostering sustainable collaboration among partners.<< Results >>Our project has developed innovative training modules, a best practices guide, and established a strong network of partners. We have enhanced the skills of participants and young people facing early school leaving, boosting their confidence and employment prospects. Through an effective dissemination strategy, we have raised awareness among a wide audience and inspired other organizations to adopt similar approaches. Our tangible achievements bear witness to our ongoing commitment to inclusive education and social inclusion.
