<< Background >>The digital transformation reconfigures the concept of schooling and the teaching-learning process. It points out the emergent and disruptive challenge in terms of both risks and benefits for all the actors involved.Starting from the COVID-19 pandemic experience, BECOMS addresses the need to:-bridge the gap between the education system and digital innovation in teaching and learning practices-provide methodologies and tools to teachers so that online learning resources and content are more relevant, interactive and easy to use-improve the teachers and student’s digital literacy and skills-share best practices and experiences among different countries and educational institutions to create new opportunities and collaborations on the main project topics. << Objectives >>BE-COMS wanted to make a practical contribution to reimagining the education system in the digital era. The project intended to involve the new small organization in small partnerships to promote European citizenship, digital culture, and competencies for teaching and learning in the digital era. The project aimed to encourage inclusion processes towards targets with fewer opportunities by●collaboration, networking and sharing of experiences and good practices among different countries and through active learning methodologies●enhancement of technologies and digital resources for teachers and students through workshops and peer labs●promotion of peer labs for cultivating reflective and innovative thinking●promotion of active citizenship and digital identity from a European perspective through transnational activities.<< Implementation >>BE-COMS implemented the following activities:A1. Good practice workshops for teachers, educators and trainers to improve teachers’ and trainers' professionalization and the attention to building online learning/teaching. The two workshop sessions focused on the following:-Developing digital teaching methodologies and skills based on the student-centred paradigm (discovery learning, based learning model, inclusive teaching/learning methodologies, etc.)-Teaching/Learning methodologies for engaging & inclusion participation and compensationA2. An EDU HUB to promote opportunities for exchange and research through the organization of transnational round tables, conferences and calls for papers on the issues of digital teaching transformation.A3. Peer Labs for teachers (PL1) and students (PL2). The PL1 topic was selecting and exchanging good practices and innovative ideas on technology-enhanced learning for engaging and inclusive learning. The PL2 focused on digital maturity to live as active citizens and improve employability.A4. The contamination Lab (CL) is for teachers, trainers, and students as an event to develop new ideas, methodologies, and educational settings by comparing different experiences and contexts.<< Results >>BE-COMS provided different outputs:-2 workshop sessions of two days each organized by Maude Studio (ES): Workshop 1. Teaching Learning Model and Workshop 2: Teaching/Learning Methodologies for Engaging & Inclusion Participation and Compensation. The WS involved a total of 139 teachers from the three country partners. -EDU HUB for the sharing of best practices and ideas. EDU HUB gave visibility to the project activities through digital channels (project website, DITES website), the launch of a call for ideas: “Teaching enhanced learning for engaging and inclusive learning”, in Jan 2023, and a special issue for dissemination: n. 2/2023 Journal Quaderni di Comunità. People, Education and Welfare in Society 5.0 entitled “Teaching enhanced learning for engaging and inclusive learning”-2 Hybrid Peer Labs, for teachers (PL1) and students (PL2), organized by DIMEM (TUR) to improve teachers' and students' digital maturity. -Contamination Labs sessions organized by DIMEM (TUR) where mixed working groups of teachers, trainers and students shared ideas, solutions, experiences, and models to face the virtual learning process.
