<< Objectives >>The project aims to develop and disseminate an internationally applicable support methodology in work-based learning for students in mechanics and automotive sectors, based on best practices and methods built on observations and expectations of mentors at host companies. It pays special attention to support forms specialized for students with fewer opportunities.<< Implementation >>The project's goals start with mapping local best practices. This will be followed by professional visits to Slovakia and Poland, where we will exchange perspectives with professionals serving as company mentors during vocational practices. The insights gained will be used to compile a multilingual guidebook, organize international training, and disseminate the project's impact on local professional communities through workshops.<< Results >>The best practices will result in a guidebook. The competencies of professionals involved in international and local training events will also increase. The international capacities of participating institutions will multiply in scale and quality, with their students being the primary beneficiaries. Through dissemination, institutions just beginning to internationalize or those already experienced can gain guidance on support and preparation processes that meet labor market expectations.
