"<< Background >>The project addresses the needs of the labor market, which are already emerging and will become increasingly noticeable in the future, especially in the context of the European Green Deal. Our aim was to modernize the vocational education system in the energy sector, increase young people's awareness of green issues, enhance the competence of teaching staff, and provide the market with qualified workers. Our project aimed to respond to these needs and contribute to increasing the attractiveness of workers from the energy sector in the European market.<< Objectives >>We aimed to achieve several main objectives through the implementation of this project:1. Enhance the energy-related competencies of vocational education teachers.2. Participate in shaping the emerging job market in the energy sector, which is focused on ""green"" competencies, in line with the goals of the European Green Deal.3. Increase experience in working with teachers and the business environment in the field of vocational education.4. Contribute to the education of specialized workers with competencies related to ecology and energy.5. Create a comprehensive, publicly available educational tool that will be innovative in the field of education.6. Conduct an international project related to vocational education, adapting to the job market, and more efficient learning.7. Develop advanced digital tools for vocational training.8. Respond to the needs of the labor market, contributing to the attractiveness of workers from Poland, the Czech Republic, and Slovakia.9. Gain experience in vocational education related to energy in the Visegrad Group countries.<< Implementation >>As part of the project, we developed a knowledge base on energy, ecology, and sustainable development. We created a guide for vocational education teachers containing detailed instructions on the use of tools and methodologies in daily work. Additionally, we developed lesson plans and multimedia tools for teachers covering environmental topics. To work on the development of modern scenarios and educational materials, we invited experts from each of our partner countries. Furthermore, we provided digital tools to support vocational training; we assessed and validated the developed results, and also promoted the project's outcomes and made them publicly available to ensure wide access. As part of the project implementation, we also conducted all planned international project meetings and organized a dissemination event in Slovakia, in the form of a seminar-workshop.<< Results >>The project yielded several concrete outcomes. The created knowledge base gathers a wide range of materials on ecological topics and green transformation, allowing teachers to expand their knowledge in these areas. It includes materials developed as part of the project as well as existing ones on the market, facilitating quick access to necessary information.Another result is the instruction manual and guide for vocational education teachers, which were prepared with the aim of maximum utility and comprehensiveness. They provide detailed instructions on using all elements in daily vocational education work. Users have the opportunity to utilize the ideas contained within them, adapting them to the capabilities of their students.Another outcome was the development of lesson plans and multimedia tools for the target group. The teams prepared scenarios for vocational education teachers along with multimedia support containing educational materials on environmental topics. Thanks to the involvement of expert teams from Poland, the Czech Republic, and Slovakia, modern educational materials were created that engage students and allow them to acquire knowledge in an attractive and practical manner."
