Developing Dialogue - Supporting Skills for Social Sustainability

<< Objectives >>We want to strenghten and increase the knowledge and competencies of our staffs in the themes of social sustainability - inclusion, diversity, receptivity, accessibility, dialogue, participation, civil activity and engagement - and different forms of cooperation in association work. We also wish to gain new perspectives and operative models to respond to the changing situation in our organisations.<< Implementation >>We are organizing 5 transnational virtual workshops (kick-off meeting, 3 virtual workshops and a final meeting) and two study trips, one to Helsinki and another to Göteborg.<< Results >>Improved skills and knowledge enable our staff to support and develop our work with member associations. In organisational level we increase our competencies within social sustainability by getting acquainted with working methods and cooperation forms of other organisations in the same field of expertise.
