<< Objectives >>To equip and enhance the competences of Migrant Support Professionals to effectively assist migrant women through tailored tools and training.To empower Migrant Women by promoting essential skills and providing support to help them successfully advance their entrepreneurial abilitiesRaise awareness of the unique challenges migrant women face in the entrepreneurial and labour markets, by fostering broader social understanding and encourage empathy towards their life stories.<< Implementation >>To empower migrant women and also the professionals who support them, BlossomBeyondBorders will implement the following activities: 1) Co-design sessions and feedback loops for improving project results; 2) Develop digital tools and guides to enhance competences; 3) Implement training and pilot sessions in six countries for validation of the outcomes produced; 4) Collection and Sharing of Inspiring Stories of Migrant Women, through a digital Museum; 5) Run events to promote and share knowledge.<< Results >>BlossomBeyondBorders plans to develop impactful outcomes, which include: 1) Blossom Self-Assessment Tool specifically tailored to the experiences of migrant women; 2) Gamified tools to complement the assessment tool and boost the entrepreneurial skills of migrant women; 3) Catalogue of Stories, Podcast and Digital Museum, focused on sharing inspiring stories from successful migrant women entrepreneurs; 4) Capacity building activities to enhance professionals and migrant women competences.
