"<< Background >>We applied for the ""Learning together"" project to address the need for enhanced support for adult learners, particularly those interested in entrepreneurial and innovative activities. The project aimed to fill gaps in the provision of lifelong learning opportunities focused on entrepreneurship, social innovation, and crowdfunding. Firstly, we wanted to increase the skills of partner organisations’ staff - Brodoto in providing support in social entrepreneurship, and SBHS in providing support in crowdfunding - both in our existing programmes. The target groups included adults from rural areas, those with fewer opportunities, and individuals seeking to develop skills in social or green impact projects. We identified a lack of tailored support for these groups and aimed to provide specific training and capacity building to help them succeed in their ventures.<< Objectives >>Objectives were to:-Permanently adopt skills/knowledge acquired via project implementation in future learning / incubation programmes-Involve and train at least 3-3 members of both organisations in peer-to-peer sessions-Enrich own support programmes&test in pilot workshops-Implement 4 peer-to-peer learning sessions for staff-Involve and raise capacities of at least 5-5 entrepreneurial adult learners from Croatia and Austria in the pilot workshops-Gain new skills & knowledge from activity #1 and by participating in new workshop in partner countries-Publish open calls for participation for target groups in Austria and Croatia (2). The point of open calls is to advertise thenews about the incubation programs, so that as many people in partners' areas find out about it.-Implement 4 pilot workshops for innovative adult learners in Croatia-Implement 4 pilot workshops for innovative adult learners in Austria-Involve at least 10 adult learners in pilot workshops (at least 5 per country)-produce at least 4 podcasts<< Implementation >>In Activity 1, peer-to-peer learning sessions were held between partners to exchange expertise in crowdfunding and social innovation. Each partner brought unique knowledge to enhance adult learning programs for adults with innovative ideas. Sessions were organised: two live (in Zagreb and in Graz) and each partner implemented 4 of each online, with continuous online communication and mentoring. 10 sessions in total. In Activity 2, both countries ran pilot workshops simultaneously. Through established communication channels (social media, newsletters, mailing lists) the participation was promoted as open calls. The project included a Crowdfunding Academy in Croatia and an SBHS incubation programme in Austria. In Graz, SBCS/SBHS conducted 5 workshops, including one on crowdfunding with Brodoto support. In Zagreb, Brodoto held 4 workshops, including one on social business development with SBHS support. In activity 3, partners recorded podcasts with an aim to promote the project results, promote social entrepreneurship and alternative financing methods. << Results >>In Activity 1, concrete outputs were the implementation of the 10 peer-learning sessions and related 6 assignments completed that resulted in increased knowledge of the staff of the project partner organisation. The skills and knowledge developed during the peer-learning sessions were on the topic of executing a crowdfunding workshop for SBCS/SBHS and on how to hold a social innovation workshop for Brodoto. In Activity 2, concrete outputs were the 9 pilot workshops (4 in Croatia and 5 in Austria) organised for 23 innovative adults (9 in Austria and 14 in Croatia). The pilot workshop resulted in an increased knowledge of innovative adults in three main topics: (1) crowdfunding, (2) social innovation (impact analysis) and (3) entrepreneurship (legal aspects, recruiting employees/finding co-founders, finding investors).Activity 3, one podcast was jointly made in English. 3 additional were recorded in German, and 2 in Croatian - 6 in total. First podcast had two guests (+the project team), while the native speaking podcast had one guest. They are online on Spotify, Apple Podcasts, Amazon Music, Google Podcasts."
