In this context, the role of the ""Digital Coach (DC) Intelligence"" is to be further developed as a supporter and coordinator in the implementation of AI-based solutions.<< Implementation >>On the one hand, a tool is being developed to measure the level of AI maturity in companies. On the other hand, the concept of the learning and research factory and the DC's field of activity are to be further developed. To this end, the project partners will design and organise expert and information workshops, teaching and learning activities and multiplier events. In addition, the creation of self-learning modules is central to the further training of Digital Coaches Intelligence.<< Results >>Overall, the project aims to improve the attractiveness of training and further education and thereby counteract the shortage of skilled labour in the EU. In addition, SMEs will be supported in measuring the company's AI maturity level in the first step and in acquiring missing competences in a practical manner using methodological and didactic methods in the second step. In addition, quality assurance is to be improved as part of the further development of the learning and research factories."
