<< Background >>The vertical priority for which we proposed the project is to improve high-quality, flexible and recognized learning opportunities available to adults, providing a powerful boost to the development of inclusive teaching through a democratic training model made up of strategies and methodologies suited to the needs of each individual. The enhancement of the quality of adult training processes aimed to respect and capitalize on existing individual differences, to enhance active participation in the use of new strategies. The project intended to provide methodologies that stimulate and improve the quality of adult learning opportunities, updating their knowledge on Diversity Management, understood as a vehicle for spreading DEI (Diversity, Equity, Inclusion) strategies and on the potential that Visual Storytelling has as a means of effective communication through images and videos. With respect to the horizontal priority, however, the project wanted to promote the potential of creative storytelling as a cathartic means to bring about change, in order to ensure the social inclusion of individuals belonging to the LGBTQIA+ community.<< Objectives >>With the implementation of the project we expect to continue the path started during the 12 months of development of the project, since the participation of LGBTQ people and their integration with the other participants in the project has been very enthusiastic and active. In particular, the strategy of Visual Story telling was much appreciated, more complex initially, but then realized with the intention of developing it for other situations that allow the story of oneself and the communication of one's life stories to the widest possible audience. Very close relationships have also been created especially with the young people of the Cinema section that will allow the creation of new videos and opportunities for exchanging ideas and experiences even within the school.<< Implementation >>To address the difficulties of LGBTQ people and give the community the opportunity to tell their stories to validate theirlife stories, we will still use the art of Visual Storytelling to promote an immersive experience in these processes.Creative methodologies aimed at improving the quality of adult education - or learning - will be promoted, toenable individuals to express themselves and live more freely and autonomously. These considerations, supportingand motivating the conception and development of the Project, draw attention to the need for an innovative approach toenhance and improve the adult learning process. Through a methodological Toolkit created on the basis ofthe reference literature, creative narration will be further facilitated to validate one's life story. Thanks to theexperimental laboratories, the integration between creative teaching methodologies and innovative digital tools will be promoted, toenhance both the cognitive aspects of learning and the inclusive aspects for the community. The proposed methodology promotesa solid learning, which is based on the active and creative participation of the users and on the mastery of the proposeddidactic material.<< Results >>Important results were: the methodological toolkit, the survey on Literature, the website that was created, the days of theoretical and practical training, the creation of the Visual story telling that highlights the different situations in the three countries covered by the project, dissemination events, translations of toolkit and newsletters in national languages and in english language
