Widening Economic, Social and Environmental Proficiency on sustainability among female entrepreneurs

<< Objectives >>To increase knowledge of organisations on the best strategies to involve WE in training and upskilling through transnational exchange and Capacity Building Discussion;To develop a new training curriculum on three sustainability dimensions – Economic, Social and Environmental – designed on female entrepreneurs’ needs to ensure accessibility, quality and inclusivity;To value sustainability, raise awareness, foster among WE, and promote an informed female workforce.<< Implementation >>Capacity Building Discussion will be organised, involving interested stakeholders to discuss how to attract more WE in training activities and identify suitable training format;WomenESEPack curriculum on sustainability will be created, piloted in Italy and Latvia. It includes Final Workshops where WE could implement their Action Plans.Feedback collected among participants;Final Presentation of the outcomes will be organised for interested EU stakeholders, project results and materials shared.<< Results >>Successful participation between project partners and 10 European interested stakeholders at Capacity Building Discussion. Publication of 1 Factsheet with outcomes.3-module training curriculum piloted with 40 WE. Finalised training materials in English, German, Italian and Latvian. 1 TtT for project staff+2 Final Workshops organised, 10 Action Plans finalised.10 feedback interviews with female participants collected in a Final Booklet.Successful organisation of 1 Final Presentation of results
