<< Objectives >>We aim to establish a long-term, trust-based partnership between the three organisations, strengthen the quality and innovation of outdoor and nature-based youth work, and develop sustainable methods for common international youth exchanges in Scandinavia and the Eifel-Ardennen region.<< Implementation >>We will organise 6 activities: Kick-Off & Study Visit (Luxembourg), Study Visit (Norway), Training Course (Germany), Pilot Phase Norway, Pilot Phase Germany, and a Final Meeting. Each activity builds methodical, intercultural and organisational capacities for future exchanges.<< Results >>The project will result in a tested set of outdoor education methods, a practical guide for international nature-based youth work, a strengthened European partnership, and empowered youth workers capable of implementing sustainable outdoor exchanges.
