<< Background >>The request for the TELONAMAN+ project arose in response to the needs raised by the Covid-19 crisis and the permanent changes it generated in the labor market and the economy. In the field of the labor market, the European Union opted at the time for measures such as the reduction of the working day, such as the ERTE in Spain, to face the crisis. However, we have identified that this solution has long-term limitations. The prolonged duration of the crisis and the structural changes in the labor market made it difficult for people who remained linked to their jobs through ERTEs to reincorporate, since demand in those sectors may not fully recover. This created a situation in which the measures initially adopted to deal with the crisis became structural instead of cyclical.Equipping unemployed people or people in ERTE situations with the necessary tools to increase their skills and qualifications in the new Blue Economy (EA) that is emerging is crucial to boost the employability of workers and reduce the growing gap between the highly qualified and those with less qualification.<< Objectives >>The general objective of the TELONAMAN+ project is to promote the culture of Collaborative Innovation to increase the key competencies and soft skills of adults, especially women and vulnerable groups, in the EE sector.Specific objectives:SO1: Facilitate new training itineraries that improve participative leadership capacities to be more resilient and capable of adapting to changes and uncertainty.SO2: Promote female leadership through specific methodologies for their empowerment within the field of EE.SO3: Sensitize and train social economy entities as key agents to promote new opportunities within EE through participatory environmental leadership.SO4: Promote future-oriented learning opportunities for the most vulnerable groups, creating an inclusive virtual living-lab that promotes equality and equity.SO5: Promote the culture of collaborative innovation through new technologies to respond to the challenge of the ecological transition and contribute to the development of European coastal regions.<< Implementation >>A1: Coordination and managementIn this activity, the coordination and management of the project was carried out, including the planning of activities, the assignment of responsibilities and the monitoring of progress.A2: Dissemination and exploitation of resultsThis activity focused on the dissemination and use of the project results.
