Improve understanding of the links between climate change mitigation and the preservation of rural professions<< Implementation >>We will carry out the following activities:- training and empowerment of young people (professional webinar, competencies workshop, non-formal learning - Vocation in practice, video presentations).- exchange of views and experiences of young people and organizations (workshops with young people, in-depth interviews)- Influencing decisions and policies (summaries and outcomes of individual activities - recommendations, reports, guidelines, final public presentation, etc.)<< Results >>The transfer of perceived needs from research and practice for an innovative and digital approach to rural professions will be transformed into recommendations for curriculum improvement and guidelines for revitalizing rural professions and improving the image of rural professions among students. Students will be empowered with new skills for a more successful entry into the labour market and their needs and those of young employees in rural professions will be addressed to decision-makers.
