"<< Background >>We wanted to implement the partnership project because the Polish market still has a insufficient educational offer for adults, in the area of climate protection, pro-ecological attitudes, sustainable development and its impact on various types of organizations. We wanted to create educational materials because we know that without ecological education there is no environmental protection. Currently, neither the formal nor informal education systems provide a sufficient level of knowledge. Therefore, the partners proposed the implementation of a project that would fill the observed gap.Working in an international cooperation in the field of green areas, solutions supporting environmental protection, awareness of the impact of our activities on the environment and ECO solutions requires continuous improvement of knowledge. To achieve it, we focused on developing new educational methods and tools. It was particularly important to reach a wide audience - adults who will become leaders and will provide knowledge, solutions and stimulate the awareness of younger generations.<< Objectives >>The most important goal of the project was to increase the knowledge of climate and environmental protection among adults, who, by increasing awareness will contribute to accelerating the green transformation in their operating environments, private and professional. The implementation of this goal will contribute to reducing environmental pollution and faster achievement of climate neutrality determined by the findings of the Paris Conference (2015), the UN 2030 Agenda (2015) and the European Green Deal (2018). The operational goal of the task was to prepare all elements of the project in the highest possible quality, especially in the field of educational materials. The specific goal was to establish cooperation withorganizations from EU countries by exchanging good practices in the field of adult education in the area of competenceGreen Leaders. We wanted to influence the forms of education by developing good practices in the area of training. While implementing the project, we also achieved a synergy effect thanks to the exchange of intercultural experiences.<< Implementation >>We carried out three main activities in the project: I. Development of the ""Green Leader"" program, II. development of educational materials for the ""Green Leader"" program III. Testing and dissemination. In the first activity, we organized a meeting in Poland, two online expert meetings (26/05/23 and 16/06/23). The meetings were aimed at exchanging experiences, discussing good practices, expert discussions and developing the ""Green Leader"" program along with topics for scenarios. The second task was focused on substantive development of 10 workshop scenarios, 10 presentations by an international team of experts,100 worksheets and tasks, scenarios, 10 podcasts and 10 animations. Technical and graphic development of all educational materials and translations. The third task was to conduct a pilot workshop in Poland (Kraków, February 23, 2024). 18 people took part in the workshop. Educational materials were tested during the workshops. Among others the most important aspects of the workshop, were the comments from warkshops participats and the evaluation of the materials<< Results >>The results developed in an international partnership and expert group are:1.
