"<< Background >>The project aimed to address the need to adapt teaching in the healthcare and social care sector to reduced in-person learning scenarios through the use of innovative digital resources. This arose in response to the challenges identified during the COVID-19 pandemic, which highlighted the difficulty of replacing practical training in non-face-to-face settings. To this end, the project proposes the creation of a European consortium to share solutions and methodologies applicable in different educational contexts.Among the needs addressed are:- Adaptation of methodological resources to reduced in-person learning contexts.- Creation of ICT resource banks to improve the quality of training in healthcare and social care vocational training.- Membership in networks that promote the exchange of good practices and international cooperation.- Contribution to the digital transition and the ""One Health"" strategy. The project has represented an efficient investment in improving the quality of vocational training, ensuring that students can acquire the skills necessary for future employment, even in situations with limited in-person attendance.<< Objectives >>The project objectives were defined through one general objective and four specific objectives:General objective:- To increase the level of preparedness of educational centers, including managers, teachers, and students, to face situations in which distance or blended learning is necessary.Specific objectives:- A. Activities to identify good practices in each of the participating countriesA6. Data processing and preparation of resultsA7. Dissemination, exploitation, and communication of results<< Results >>The expected outcomes were defined based on the objectives established in the previous section. These outcomes are:- The creation of a stable consortium to facilitate future collaborations.- A list of institutions implementing technological innovations in healthcare and social care training.- Statistics identifying best practices in the use of digital technologies, including methodology and resource characteristics.- Summary reports with transferable practices, based on the information collected by each partner.- A registry of educational institutions, companies, and administrations that could benefit from the results.- A dissemination campaign to maximize the project's impact.- The commitment of some partners to submit future KA220 proposals."
