<< Background >>One of the main causes of the present degradation suffered by our ecosystems is human action. This action is the result of the belief about the availability of inexhaustible sources of energy, due to which the human being has acted irresponsibly in the use and management of natural resources. The present paradigm of change and depletion of natural resources and other environmental problems require a global awareness of all actors in society, so that change occurs not only at the legislative and institutional level, but also at the individual level in favor of the collective good. . This is the main need addressed by the Revoluciónate en verde project. Although concrete actions are being carried out to preserve and care for our planet at the institutional level in Europe, there is still a long way to go at the individual level. We consider that one of the most important groups, given the impact of their activity on the environment, is the business fabric. For this reason, we have considered it essential to adequately train new European entrepreneurs in matters of sustainability and the environment for the sake of a more respectful and sustainable economic system.<< Objectives >>With the “revolutionate en verde” project, the Sieneva Foundation and the Amadeus Association have pursued the development of an expert course on sustainability and the environment applied to business and entrepreneurship and aimed at all adult trainers and coaches at a European level. Within the framework of this general objective, the specific objectives achieved have been:1. Promote environmental awareness among entrepreneurs2. Improvement of the teaching methodology for the acquisition of eco-responsible skills3. Promotion of business sustainability4. Fight against depopulation in rural areas5. Creation of high quality material6. Creation of a specific training itinerary for the acquisition of ecological skills7. Generate a national and European impact among European trainers and entrepreneurs8. Promote international cooperation at European level between entitiesAll these objectives have been achieved on the basis of the horizontal priorities of the KA210 program and action.The development of the intellectual product is proportional to the ultimate goal of global awareness of society about climate change and its impact on people's lives.<< Implementation >>Within Revolucionate en Verde project, all the activities proposed in the initial application have been carried out. These are:- Online launch meeting. First meeting of the project where those responsible for the Sieneva Foundation and Amadeus Association project agreed on the main lines of action, reviewed the conditions and terms of the contract between the partners and the schedule of activities.- Follow-up meeting in Vienna, on May 24 and 25, 2022. In order to review the development of the intellectual product and the management of resources, a second face-to-face meeting was held at the headquarters of the Austrian partner. This time, the material developed by the teams of both organizations was reviewed, a review of the problems found was carried out and new roadmaps were established.- Learning activity in Vienna from June 8 to 12 where 9 trainers from the Sieneva Foundation team have participated, testing the developed methodology.- Preparation of the tangible result, Expert Course, where the entire Sieneva Foundation and Amadeus Association team has worked.- Multiplier event in Granada, at the Sieneva Foundation headquarters, where 38 people participated on June 30, 2022<< Results >>Revolutionate en Verde has had results of a different nature; tangible and non-tangible.The tangible result refers to the expert course for eco-responsible entrepreneurs, which is attached to this final report. It is a didactic methodology that contains five main units; An approach to sustainable entrepreneurial activity: Business Management and Sustainability, Legality and Taxation, Business Strategy, Economic and Financial Planning, Marketing and Sales and Entrepreneurship in Green and Blue. Natura 2000 Network. This result has been translated into German and English by the Austrian partner.In addition, and thanks in part to the development of this product, the project has achieved another series of non-tangible results. These are:- Direct training of 9 adult trainers during the learning activity on eco-sustainable entrepreneurship.- Increased awareness of climate change and other environmental problems among European entrepreneurs.-Promotion of business sustainability-Increase in teaching material for partner organizations.
