<< Objectives >>Our goal is to enhance youth work quality by creating an intermodal methodology. This involves building a resource system (O1) and developing a methodology for youth workers (O2). We'll conduct a pilot training (O3) and ensure project use through active engagement with local stakeholders(O4). Together, we aim to empower youth workers and benefit youth organizations.<< Implementation >>Main activities of the project are:A1 - System for filtering resources A2 - Methodology for tailored approaches in youth work A3 - Trainings for YW on MethodologyA4 - Local activities for the local communitiesEvery activity from above includes a series of steps through other concrete activities leading to the completion of the objectives.
