<< Objectives >>Dental treatment of children requires successful management of anxiety, pain and caries in order to have a cooperative child with positive dental treatment experience. The PaFein (Pain-free dental injection techniques) Teaching Model, with its proven effectiveness (Kuscu et al. 2022), will be improved further by project partners to compose a holistic PaFein+ curriculum with the mentioned topics. It is aimed to educate more competent dentists for pain-free dental treatments of children.<< Implementation >>Courses and workshops, in accordance with the improved PaFein+ curriculum, will be organized to train undergraduate and/or postgraduate students, dental practitioners and teaching staff in how to provide/teach pain-free dental treatment for children.Courses and work-shops will also be transferred to digital platforms with multi-language options to provide online teaching opportunity for learners with fewer opportunity. The digital platform will be announced in international congresses. << Results >>A transferable, up-scalable and reusable PaFein+ curriculum will be developed and implemented in higher education institutions at local, national and transnational level. Young dentists trained according to the pain-free dentistry concept will enhance good practices which will result in positive attitudes towards dentistry as the children grow. These positive attitudes are expected to result in a diminished need for N2O sedation and general anesthesia and have positive impact on the environment.
