Establishment of a multi-actor network:Created a stable, international network of excellence involving 3 EU training bodies, 3 chamber system/business organizations, and 3 HEIs/Research Centers across 5 EU countries. This network integrated company, methodological, technological, and didactic expertise to support strategic development and sustain digital and international business management skills among SME workers.2. Cognitive analysis:Conducted a thorough analysis based on feedback from key business people in small enterprise systems within the partnership territories. This assessed the need for digital and international business management skills, providing valuable insights for targeted training.3. Training standard and framework validation:Developed and validated a new training standard and teaching framework (PR1 - Digital and International Business Learning Programme). This framework was designed to be integrated into regional and national training supply systems within the partnership.4. Digital integration in learning:Created a suite of open educational resources (OERs), including gamified interactive training videos with narrative crossroads, available online for at least two years post-project. These resources aimed to help a wide range of students acquire and maintain skills in international, digital, and cross-cultural business management (PR2 - Educational TV Programme and Interactive Gamified Video Training Pills).5. Methodological alignment through mobility (LTTAs):Achieved methodological alignment among partnership trainers through mobility events, focusing on crossroads-based storytelling and transformational team coaching. These methods helped represent behaviours, situations, and relational dynamics typical of digital business internationalization and digital conversational marketing processes (PR3 - Digital Internationalization Guidelines).6. Development and implementation of Educational TV Programme:Developed an Educational TV Programme as a learning environment, including OERs, additional training materials, and interviews with stakeholders/business operators, guiding beneficiaries on promoting and valuing digital internationalization (PR2).7. Pilot phase involvement:At least 80 SME workers involved (20 from Slovenia, 20 from Italy, 10 from Greece, 20 from Spain, and 10 from Poland) in the pilot phase of the training program (PR1).Identified opportunities to support the implementation and transfer of project results to new contexts, ensuring the sustainability and scalability of the project's achievements. These results collectively aimed to enhance the competitiveness and international reach of EU SMEs by providing them with the necessary digital and international business management skills. All the tangible results of the project have been translated in all PPs languages.See Annex section:001_IDEA_QA Plan_UP002_IDEA_Final QA Report_UP003_IDEA_Evaluation Reports_TPMs+LTTAs004_IDEA_Monthly meetings_Minutes_ALL012_IDEA_PR1_Report013_IDEA_PR2_Learning Journey Manual014_IDEA _PR2_Erudire_Platform_Technical_Manual015_IDEA_PR3_GUIDEBOOK_FINAL016_IDEA_PR3_Pilot and Check-up Report017_IDEA_Dissemination Plan_CCIB018_IDEA_Final Dissemination Report_CCIB
