<< Objectives >>The project aims to develop the entrepreneurial, digital, and social skills of young people from diverse backgrounds in order to popularise cultural entrepreneurship. We focus on NEET status individuals and those on the verge of marginalisation, supporting their integration into the labour market and transition into adulthood. The project encourages their active participation in the cultural and social ecosystem.<< Implementation >>Within the project, we will organise an international skill development training for young people and local workshop sessions, focused on enhancing entrepreneurial, digital, and social skills. We provide experiential learning opportunities at local cultural enterprises and initiate a mentoring program for the youth. Project outcomes will be widely shared through digital platforms and social media campaigns.<< Results >>Expected outcomes include significant improvement in the entrepreneurial, digital, and social skills of participating youth, the formation of new relationships and networks at local and international levels, and a comprehensive guidebook offering guidance for the successful development of cultural and social enterprises. The results will have a long-term impact on the professional and personal lives of the participants, as well as on the development of local communities.
