"<< Background >>The motivation for the project was the desire to deepen and multiply activities on the topics of support for the development of women's competence and inclusion and diversity. For INNA FUNDACJA these are the main areas of activity, we felt the need to broaden the point of view, to acquire a new perspective. In addition, working in an international partnership was in line with the development plans of FUNDACJA. DOREA realizes itself in a much broader spectrum of activities (in terms of types of activities, target groups, scale). However, it did not have in its portfolio typically pro-women activities and experience with promoting herstory. The project was an opportunity to combine our experiences and potentials, thanks to which we achieved a synergistic effect and complemented the initiatives implemented so far. INNA FUNDACJA had no previous experience in strategic partnerships or any international activities, DOREA, on the other hand, has many years of experience, so it served as a great support. In addition, it was extremely important that the project supported specific people - women who took part in local workshops. As a result, they raised their competence and there was a chance for long-term positive change.<< Objectives >>By implementing the project, we wanted to counteract gender inequalities, exclusion, and insufficient diversity in public life by taking up topics such as: supporting the development of women's competences, herstory, women's leadership, Diversity&Inclusion, Non-Violent Communication, microaggression, setting boundaries, managing diverse teams and multiculturalism. Moreover, we wanted to strengthen the potential of the organization and develop new educational materials.<< Implementation >>ACTIVITIES • 3 international meetings of staff and educators combined with workshops and one closing online meetieng;• Development of innovative educational materials in an international team of experts: 10 “HYBRID DIVERSITY WORKSHOP” SCENARIOS and the""DIVERSITY DAY"" HANDBOOK (3 language versions: Polish, English, Greek. The handbook is also available in Lithuanian version)• local dissemination workshops for women (local dissemination workshops for women (at least 3 workshops in each country, in Poland additionally webinars);• 2 dissemination conferences at the end of the project.<< Results >>Main output:The project consisted of the development of innovative educational materials for organizations and educators working on diversity and on behalf of women. Other results: •Increased linguistic, intercultural, substantive competencies of participants; •Increased capacity of partner organizations through exchange of experience and gaining new educational tools; •Support of women in the local environment;•Internationalization of the leader's activities."
