Re-In-novating - Re(In)novating digital youth work

MAIN AIM of this project is to develop and strengthen a sustainable digital youth work ecosystem ensuring qualitative involvement of all stakeholders. We are planning to achieve this by reaching the following SOs: SO1: To analyze existing digital youth work, innovation efforts, policies, standards and practices; SO2: To co-create with a community of youth workers a proposal for standards for quality implementation of digital youth work and advocate for its implementation;SO3: To create capacity building programs for stakeholders ensuring their efficient involvement in digital youth work;SO4: To reach out to the community of youth workers and support them in bringing quality to digital youth work;SO5: To advocate for the implementation of quality standards into digital youth work.Through this project we are planning to facilitate the standardization of digital youth work, via its thorough analysis, which shall lead to the creation and promotion of concrete outputs that concentrate key elements, standards and useful practices on digital youth work. Additionally, this project aims at enhancing the overall quality of digital youth work, by reaching out to the stakeholders but also to the community of youth workers, receiving their input and incorporating it in the process, and offering capacity building opportunities to equip them with the necessary skills. After the quality standards are finalized and consolidated, the project’s plan is to advocate for the implementation of these standards, for the purpose of the enrichment and diversification of this newly created sustainable online youth work ecosystem.
