Digital STEAM for All – Empowering Secondary Schools and Girls in STEM through VR

<< Objectives >>The project aims to revolutionize STEAM education by integrating AI-driven adaptive learning, VR-based role-playing scenarios, and an interactive digital platform (STEAM Connect). It seeks to enhance teacher digital competencies, engage students in immersive STEAM experiences, and promote gender-inclusive STEM education. By fostering cross-country collaboration and policy recommendations, the project ensures long-term impact on digital education strategies across Europe.<< Implementation >>The project will implement five key work packages, including the development of AI-driven VR-based STEAM learning tools, teacher training through piloting sessions, and the creation of an interactive digital platform (STEAM Connect). Activities include interactive STEAM challenges, digital resource creation, local and international piloting with students and educators, a STEAM Innovation Summit, and policy recommendations, ensuring broad impact and sustainability.<< Results >>The project will produce 45 VR-based interactive STEAM role-playing scenarios, an AI-driven adaptive learning platform (STEAM Connect), a STEAM Teacher Academy with certified training courses, a Digital Resource Library with 50+ open-access materials, and policy recommendations for digital STEAM education. Additionally, piloting sessions with 300+ students and 100+ educators, multiplier events, and a final TPM will ensure broad dissemination and long-term sustainability.
