<< Background >>We have applied for this project in order to respond to the urgent need to strengthen and improve the quality of education in the wider tourism sector. We intend to achieve this through the integration and application of innovative technological tools and methods, such as the mobile phone which is a valuable tool for teaching and learning. In addition, we seek to strengthen and promote a sense of European identity and common values among our students, trying to make them more aware citizens of Europe. These needs and priorities emerged from an extensive and detailed analysis and research conducted by our teachers to identify the development challenges and strengths facing our schools.<< Objectives >>The implementation of the project pursued numerous objectives to meet the pedagogical and technological needs of modern education.**The first and perhaps most immediate objective was to create and install a pedagogical platform based on the Moodle software. This would allow teachers and students to interact in a digital education environment, enhancing flexibility and accessibility to educational opportunities.**In addition, it aimed to conduct virtual meetings, which would be streamed on YouTube, allowing participants to be trained and students and teachers to connect their mobile devices to the online pedagogical platform.**The project also focused on familiarising participants with the use of their mobiles in education, especially on tourism-related topics. In this context, teachers were trained in creating online mass web-based courses, a tool that can significantly expand their educational impact.**Finally, the project included physical mobilities in the Czech Republic and in the Portuguese school, where participants had the opportunity to learn the above mentioned topics .<< Implementation >>In the framework of the project, various activities were implemented.
