Don't Regulate, Educate

<< Objectives >>We want to exchange good practice on adult education with an emphasis on people who are not in employment, education or training (NEETs) and who are at risk of being marginalized, transforming the learning environment of our organizations into places of social inclusion and finally the foundations for a network of organizations with similar goals and activities that will enhance their collaboration.<< Implementation >>We will organize research activities (research report), 4 workshops in which our trainers will exchange good practices and discuss methods on how to turn the learning environment into safe integration spaces for people with disadvantaged backgrounds (2 learning workshops and 2 methodology workshops) of which 2 will be blended, and 5 dissemination conferences (4 local and 1 online).<< Results >>-increased levels of capacity in the implementation of educational interventions-increased levels of satisfaction of our staff and confidence in their work-increased capacity to host a larger number of participants-increased capacity for participation of people with diverse needs-increased ability to target groups in a socio-economically disadvantaged position-increased number of networking events-increased levels of interest in participating in transnational cooperation projects
