L'intelligence Collective au service du secteur jeunesse

<< Objectives >>The project will improve the quality of youth work through collective intelligence, by means of 1 training course and 1manual, the latter incorporating QR codes and serving as a basis for training aimed at encouraging young people toparticipate. We will propose 5 activities: creation of the collective, discovery of tools, analysis of obstacles and levers,experimentation with facilitators and final presentation. We need to equip participants with the skills they need to apply IC intheir orga.<< Implementation >>- Setting up the team. Setting up the safety framework. Introduction to CI- Presentation of CI tools that everyone would like to adapt. Discovering and experimenting with tools.- Work on the brakes and levers - Meeting with facilitators - Work on the content of the training and the manual.- Testing the training with a group of local facilitators and finalising the training and manual with a group of facilitators.- Presentation of results and closing party<< Results >>The project aims to improve the quality of work in the youth sector through collective intelligence. We will produce trainingand a manual with QR codes for easy access to resources. Young people will be more involved in decision-making and theimplementation of activities, strengthening their active role. We hope to disseminate these methods widely and create acollaborative network to share tools and ideas within the sector.
