<< Background >>Many teachers and teaching assistants lack the training and resources needed to effectively support students with fewer opportunities in mainstream schools, limiting the potential for truly inclusive education. To address this, our project aimed to equip educators with innovative teaching tools and inclusive methodologies while fostering their professional and personal development. By bringing together experts in special and inclusive education, educational theatre and drama, cultural research, and information technology, we developed a training program that directly tackled the need for teacher training in inclusion. The project provided educators with competence-based learning strategies, engagement tools, and methodologies to create dynamic, inclusive, and effective learning environments for all students.<< Objectives >>The project aimed to enhance the quality of inclusive education by equipping teachers and teaching assistants with innovative methodologies and tools to support students with fewer opportunities in mainstream schools.
