<< Objectives >>BRIDGE4MOTHERS aims to enhance the employability and inclusion of vulnerable mothers by providing flexible, gender-responsive VET training. The project focuses on digital upskilling, recognising informal caregiving skills, and equipping VET trainers with gender-informed pedagogies. It seeks to bridge the gap between vulnerable mothers and the labour market, fostering economic independence and social inclusion through innovative learning approaches.<< Implementation >>The project will conduct needs assessments, develop digital and PSL training modules, and train VET educators. It will implement pilot training for mothers, create a Community of Practice, and promote knowledge-sharing. Awareness-raising activities, policy engagement, and dissemination events will advocate for gender-responsive VET training, ensuring sustainable impact.<< Results >>Expected outcomes include increased participation of vulnerable mothers in VET, improved digital skills, and enhanced trainer capacity. The project will integrate informal skills into VET curricula, strengthen stakeholder networks, and raise awareness on gender-responsive training. At least 30 organisations will engage in knowledge-sharing, supporting long-term inclusion and employability for vulnerable mothers.
