<< Objectives >>European classrooms have become increasingly diverse, yet many teachers feel unprepared to address the complexities of inclusive teaching. This project addresses this need by collecting, analyzing, and sharing 30 real-life Inclusion Stories from schools across Europe. The Inclusion Stories will serve as practical tools for teachers' professional development, encouraging critical reflection, building collaboration, and suggesting effective inclusive teaching strategies and practices.<< Implementation >>The project includes three main activities: (1) Story collection—teachers document real-life inclusion challenges and solutions from their classrooms; (2) Reflection workshops—partners analyze and reflect on the stories and provide linked research and theory; (3) Online knowledge platform and dissemination—selected stories with expert commentaries are published and shared widely, culminating in the IncludEd Conference, where findings are presented to educators, policymakers, and researchers.<< Results >>The project will result in a collection of 30+ expert-commented real-life inclusion stories, a digital knowledge repository, and the launch of IncludEd, a recurring conference on inclusive teaching practices. It will contribute to evidence-based teacher training, inspire policy discussions, and create a sustainable resource for educators and policymakers across Europe. The project will improve teaching quality in Europe by strengthening teachers' capacities and motivation in inclusive teaching.
