SUSIEE: Sustainability and interculturality in 0-3 early childhood education and care

<< Objectives >>•Revise the current EU quality framework for 0-3 ECEC from a sustainability (GreenComp) and interculturality perspective•Enable intercultural and sustainable change in 0-3 ECEC by: a) providing training and support to ECEC staff; b) fostering access of children and supporting families (particularly those from migrant or ethnic minority background); c) developing curricula.•Increase quality in 0-3 ECEC by creating cross-sector synergies and building transnational capacity of organisations.<< Implementation >>•ongoing management, evaluation and dissemination•three transnational partner meetings for peer-learning and practice exchange•co-creation and testing of the SUSIEE method•development of theoretical foundation for sustainable and intercultural 0-3 ECEC; SUSIEE handbook for ECEC staff; SUSIEE family app available in EN, IT, ES, HU•capacity building workshops for teachers•SUSIEE conferences in Palermo, Budapest, Barcelona and Bilbao<< Results >>•280+ ECEC staff trained in SUSIEE methods•+8000 children and their families have access to SUSIEE family resources•the SUSIEE toolkit (guide, handbook and family app) available in EN, IT, ES, HU and shared with over +300 ECEC schools across 3 countries to foster GreenComp and interculturality in ECEC•broad availability of SUSIEE products on project and partner webs, networks, Youtube, E+ results platform, etc. to assure sustainability of outputs beyond project lifetime indefinitely
