Building capacities of organizations working in the field of youth occurs at 2 levels. The micro level refers to strengthening capacities of PPs through an training and creation of “Bridging DifferencesProgramme” Toolkit. The macro level entails strengthening capacities of local VI organizations to include young people in theirmanagement and operational structures (knowledge transmission), as well as organizations working in the field of youth regarding correct approach and communication with VI people, so that they are better skilled to include VI youth in their programs (Awareness and Capacity Raising Campaign) (104 organizations in total for both levels). The fourth building-capacity activity refers to VI youth and the implementation of two mobility program cycles. On the one hand, encouraging PPs with less experience (2 third not associated countries) to develop and implement youth mobility programs through testingBDP Toolkit, and on the other hand, raising capacities of 24 young VI people in all areas necessary to increase their employability, activeparticipation and inclusion in the society. Visibility activities, including 5 initial and 1 final conference, as well as multiplier event and BDPEU-dimension event will contribute to the dissemination of the BDP Toolkit, as well as to a broader integration of the aforementioned inthe future programmes and activities aimed at youth.
