<< Background >>The consortium wanted to design teaching resources relating to the Social Responsibility of Independent Entrepreneurs to train vocational training educators involved in individual business creation, so that they themselves could raise awareness and train individual entrepreneurs. In 2021, the partners had identified on the one hand that it is the balance between the economic, social and environmental dimensions that can be constitutive of sustainable entrepreneurship, and on the other hand that there was a real lack of educational resources for vocational training targeted at CSR for individual entrepreneurs. What's more, training is a powerful and necessary tool for raising awareness of the ecological transition and its economic, environmental and social impacts. The SURE project was designed to meet the training needs of business start-up trainers, so as to provide broad support for individual entrepreneurs.<< Objectives >>The concrete objectives pursued by the partners as part of the cooperation were to 1. Raise awareness among the business start-up support ecosystem and political decision-makers of the challenges of integrating sustainable development objectives into the development of individual businesses. 2. Train CSR educators to enable entrepreneurs to integrate sustainable and responsible practices into the development of their businesses. 3. Design cross-functional tools to assess and develop sustainable and responsible practices among VET learners. 4. Develop training content on the theme of ecological transition that is accessible to all. A cross-functional objective of the project was to develop the digital skills of trainers by equipping them with the specific skills required for multimodal training.<< Implementation >>The SURE consortium has implemented the following activities: - methodology for assessing responsible and sustainable practices activity - training engineering on social responsibility of individual entrepreneurs - training of trainers : face-to-face and online sessions- pilot test to experiment and upgrade the results 1 and 2- research, analysis and formulation of csr recommendations for sustainable entrepreneurship << Results >>1. An online diagnosis of sustainable and CSR practices for entrepreneurs. This diagnostic enables entrepreneurs to assess the maturity of their CSR practices and have access to a series of recommendations based on the score obtained. This helps participants to the questionnaire to draw up an annual action plan to gradually improve their practices and avoid feeling weighed down and discouraged. It has been designed to be used by individual entrepreneurs under the guidance of a trainer/coach. 2.An online training toolbox for trainers in setting up freelancers. The toolbok aims to reach as many people as possible and to disseminate them widely. Once the trainers have been trained, they can train others and/or make entrepreneurs aware of the challenges of sustainable entrepreneurship and integrate the diagnostic tool as a management tool for the sustainable development of their business.3.A publication of recommendations on CSR for sustainable entrepreneurship to raise awareness among public decision-makers and stakeholders of the importance of supporting entrepreneurs in their commitment to social, ecological and economic transition. Support them so that sustainable entrepreneurship becomes tomorrow's norm.
