<< Objectives >>The TALES project empowers youth workers with trauma-sensitive, non-formal education tools to support young women facing discrimination, exclusion, and gender-based violence. It combines digital mentoring (Tara AI), storytelling (TALES Cards), peer-led empowerment (TALES Women Circles), and artistic awareness (Ribbon of Peace) to enhance youth work practices. By equipping youth workers with innovative methods, TALES fosters resilience, inclusion, and gender equality.<< Implementation >>The TALES project implements trauma-sensitive training and mentoring for youth workers through TALES Training (Italy) and TALES Seminar (Hungary). It develops Tara AI Mentor for digital support, TALES Women Circles for peer empowerment, and TALES Cards for storytelling. The Ribbon of Peace campaign raises awareness on gender equality. Mentoring sessions and an online workshops ensure sustainability and wide dissemination of results.<< Results >>The TALES project will result in 48 youth workers gaining empowerment and digital skills through online learning, supported by 48 mentoring hours. It will provide 20 easy-to-use tools for blended learning to fight gender inequality. Tara AI, TALES Cards, and TALES Women Circles will enhance trauma-sensitive youth work. 1 podcast on empowerment, 3 online dissemination events (1 international, 2 national), and the Ribbon of Peace campaign will ensure broad impact and sustainability.
